Netty E Komattu
President

Netty E. Komattu is a prominent figure in Malaysia’s safety and training sectors. He is the founder and president of the Training Providers Association of Malaysia (TPAM). In addition to his role at TPAM, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and founder of Agile ONE Medical Ventures.

His academic credentials include a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Southampton, USA, and a Bachelor of Science in Safety Engineering from Cleveland University of Technology, USA. Professionally, he is the Executive Director of Alliance Safety & Security Services Sdn Bhd. In this capacity, he has been instrumental in promoting safety and health among employers across Malaysia’s southern and central regions.

In 2005, Netty led a team to develop Malaysia’s first ASMS Security Standard and a security risk assessment program tailored for high-risk organizations. Under his leadership, Alliance Safety & Security Services Sdn Bhd achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification, marking it as the first organization in Malaysia to receive this distinction.

Beyond his executive roles, Netty is a sought-after public speaker and trainer, developing customized training programs for industries in Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam. He also holds the position of Secretary for the IAEM-Asia Council, contributing to the field of emergency management.

In July 2024, Netty met with representatives from the Malaysia Pakistan Business Council (MPBC) to discuss potential collaborations for the upcoming safety and security conference, SafeSEC 25, scheduled for 2025.

His diverse roles and contributions underscore his commitment to advancing safety standards and professional training in Malaysia and the broader region.

Dr. Cherry Wei Xiaoyun
Director of Marketing

Dr. Cherry Wei Xiaoyun is a highly experienced trainer, consultant, and corporate coach with over 20 years of expertise in leadership development, corporate training, and business consultancy. She specializes in Leadership, Sales & Marketing, Stress Management, Operational Management, Project Management, and ISO Certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 37001).

She is currently the Principal Trainer of ACC Global Consultancy Sdn Bhd and the Director of Marketing for the Training Providers Association of Malaysia (TPAM). She also holds multiple leadership roles, including Marketing Director of Lingyun Trading & Transport Sdn Bhd and Vice President of the Malaysia-China Friendship and Mutual Aid Association.

As a certified corporate trainer, Dr. Cherry possesses professional credentials such as:

PSMB Train-the-Trainer (TTT) Certified (HRDC, Malaysia)

American Management Association (AMA, USA) Certified Trainer

VTO Certified Trainer (Malaysia’s SKM Program)

Certified Psychologist Trainer (National Health Commission, China)

ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 37001 Lead Auditor

Academically, Dr. Cherry holds a Double Doctorate in Education, a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), an MBA, and a BA (Hons) in Marketing from Nottingham Trent University (UK).

She has conducted extensive training programs for corporate leaders, SMEs, and MNCs across Malaysia, China, India , Africa and ASEAN countries, helping organizations enhance their business strategies, compliance, and workforce efficiency.

With a passion for education and professional development, she actively engages in CSR initiatives, delivering motivational talks to schools, universities, and corporate teams, empowering individuals and businesses to achieve excellence.

Jaklin Juanis
Director of Strategy & Development

Jaklin Juanis is a passionate advocate for sustainable development and an experienced leader in the training and consulting industry. She co-founded Aspire Sustainable Sdn Bhd, a company dedicated to helping organizations achieve their sustainability goals. Jaklin also has a wealth of experience in human capital development, having served as the Director of Human Capital and Sustainability at Aspire Sustainable Sdn Bhd and the Director of Learning and Development at Athena Holdings Sdn Bhd.

Jaklin was heavily involved with a leading international association for trainers and consultants with a presence in 40 countries for over 10 years, serving as Vice President of Marketing from 2014 to 2020 and later as President from 2020 to 2022. Her dedication to the industry earned her the association’s prestigious IMME (Image Makers Merit of Industry Excellence) Global Award, USA in 2019. Jaklin’s leadership experience, combined with her passion for sustainability and human capital development, makes her a valuable asset to the training industry and a perfect fit for the Training Providers Association of Malaysia (TPAM).

Roslina Hamzah
Director of Membership, TPAM

Roslina Hamzah is a dedicated HR professional and certified HRDC trainer with a deep passion for learning and development. With over 20 years of experience in human resources, she has provided consultancy services across various industries, covering all aspects of HR, including recruitment, payroll outsourcing, expatriate advisory, foreign workers management and HR strategic consultation. Her expertise extends to training, talent development, and organisational growth.

Roslina also actively contributes to the professional development landscape. As TPAM’s Director of Membership, she is committed to fostering a dynamic and supportive network for trainers and training providers. Through industry engagement, knowledge sharing, and impactful initiatives, she continuously works towards enhancing the growth and excellence of the training community.

Agatha Charlotte
Leadership – Borneo

Agatha Charlotte is the Founder and Managing Director of AC Interactive Solutions, established in 2013. With a solid background in Business Studies, she began her career as a Customer Service Executive with MAA Assurance Berhad for 8 years, followed by 3 years as a Business Account Manager with New Horizons Malaysia. Her passion for education and professional development led her to create AC Interactive Solutions, a trusted training provider specializing in IT certification programs, soft skills development, PMI certification programs, and team-building solutions, empowering individuals and organizations to thrive in today’s competitive business landscape.
